Weddings don’t have to be grand to be unforgettable. Christine and Alex’s special day was proof that intimacy, family, and good food can make a celebration deeply meaningful. The day began with quiet moments at a nearby hotel, where Christine was surrounded by her closest family members, her glam team, and, of course, her photographer (me!). This part of the day is always one of my favourites—the peaceful energy, emotional anticipation, and little details make it so memorable to photograph.
The Ceremony and Reception at FV Foods Restaurant
A Wedding Filled with Warmth and Familiar Flavours
Christine and Alex chose FV Foods Restaurant in Scarborough as their wedding venue, and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting. Known for its comforting Filipino dishes, the restaurant brought a special sense of home and culture to their celebration. Guests were treated to a delicious spread of Filipino favourites, which added to the joy and warmth of the day.
